We operate as a domestic research unit with an international project office. Our investigators work for OncoHelper AI in several countries, and we organize their work in these lines of activity:
1. Pediatric cancer research projects
We develop, coordinate and support pediatric adaptive oncology projects designed to help treatment evolve with the disease, rather than lag behind it.
2. International project office and infrastructure
We act as the project office and infrastructure partner for these studies: connecting clinics and labs, aligning teams across countries, and keeping work on track and compliant.
3. Data and analytics to strengthen every study
We build the data and analytic layer around each project, using robust data capture, modern statistical methods and AI tools where they genuinely improve prediction, monitoring and treatment decisions.
We start from real problems faced by children, families and doctors. Together with clinicians and scientists, we turn important questions into concrete study plans: which patients to include, what data to collect, and how each project can lead to safer, more effective care and a clearer sense of direction for families.
For each project we assemble a focused international team: pediatric oncologists, laboratory scientists, data specialists and partners. We connect sites across countries, clarify roles and timelines, and make it easier for investigators to work with strong research groups abroad without drowning in logistics.
Good ideas and strong teams need resources. We work with investigators to build clear proposals, realistic budgets and grant strategies for funders and donors, explaining what support is needed and why. This lets researchers focus on their science while we handle funding, reporting and infrastructure.
Once a study is funded, we help turn the plan into day to day reality: rolling out protocols, setting up safe data capture and keeping all partners aligned across sites. We watch timelines, data quality and communication so the project keeps moving forward, and families are not left waiting for answers.
At the end of each project, we move findings into action. We help turn findings into practical tools for clinicians, clear reports for donors and well documented data and models that feed our pediatric oncology AI system. Every completed study strengthens the next one and builds better options for future children.
OncoHelper AI is a US nonprofit that serves as both an American research unit and an international project office for pediatric oncology and translational cancer projects.

Our investigators work directly for OncoHelper AI and are based in several countries, including strong research and laboratory teams in Central Asia. Through formal agreements with leading institutes and cancer centers in the region, our teams have access to modern American research and analytical equipment installed in 2025.
This model allows us to run high quality studies at significantly lower cost, while study protocols, data governance, and quality standards are centrally directed and coordinated by our US nonprofit.

AI system that treats cancer as a moving target and time as a first-class variable.
OncoHelper AI Interceptor is in development as an AI system for pediatric adaptive oncology. It treats the tumor as a moving target and uses time as a core variable, updating forecasts as new clinical data arrives. The project is an internal, investigator-initiated effort developed by OncoHelper AI. Its architecture is defined, and a two-year research plan is already in place. The research draws on established methods from target tracking, sequential decision-making, neural dynamical modeling, and other time-series forecasting approaches. Donations support implementation, testing and validation, clinician-facing workflow design, and privacy-ready data preparation for measurable, reportable outcomes.
Plant-based peptide–mineral platform in development to improve absorption, tolerability, and clinical relevance in supportive care.
This project is in development to create and validate chickpea-derived peptide–mineral complexes for supportive care, starting with a bioavailable zinc peptide supplement and expanding to an iron-binding peptide track from the same platform. The work focuses on rigorous analytical characterization, absorption and transport testing, functional bioactivity assays, and a scalable production pathway, with milestone-based progress reporting.
We build long-term partnerships with pediatric oncology teams, research centers and clinics, as well as data and AI specialists. Together we design and run international cancer studies that give children a better chance to grow up and improve care for every patient.
Your donation supports pediatric cancer research projects and the core infrastructure they require. We use funds for practical work such as designing and running studies, building secure data systems, and analysing results so they can change how children with cancer are diagnosed and treated. A small part covers essential administration and compliance to keep these projects safe and accountable, but overhead is kept modest and never dominates our budget. Every project we support must have a clear benefit for children with cancer, even when its findings also help improve care for adults.
No. OncoHelper AI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on building and running oncology research projects. We sometimes help our research partners prepare grant proposals for the projects we jointly lead, but we do not offer stand-alone, commercial grant-writing services. Donations you make support research and shared infrastructure, not a consulting business.
Yes. OncoHelper AI is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the United States. Donations from US taxpayers are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and you will receive an email receipt for your records.
By default, gifts go into our general fund so we can support the most urgent pediatric oncology projects and shared infrastructure. If you would like your gift to support a specific project, please check "Write us a comment" on the donation form and mention the project name; we will do our best to apply your gift accordingly.
Yes. For projects supported by your donations we send short progress updates and, once key milestones are completed, a simple summary of what was achieved and how funds were used.
Yes. All donations are processed via DonorBox and Stripe using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
